We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a smooth return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with tags intact.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your Order ID and photo/video evidence of the product issue. Our logistics team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

3. Refunds Processing

Once we receive your item and complete quality inspection, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Account) within 3-5 business days.
